The Company has a proven and established underwriting process including:
- Strategic Lending Area: lending in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley only, both markets exhibit long term stability, growth and liquidity.
- Approved Appraiser List: every application requires a current appraisal, prepared by a qualified and internally approved Appraiser.
- Loan to Value: Mortgages do not exceed 75% of the appraised value of the property.
- Credit Committee: All mortgages must be approved by the four member credit committee.
- All Mortgages are registered on title.
