RISK MITIGATION

The Company has a proven and established underwriting process including:

  • Strategic Lending Area: lending in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley only, both markets exhibit long term stability, growth and liquidity.
  • Approved Appraiser List: every application requires a current appraisal, prepared by a qualified and internally approved Appraiser.
  • Loan to Value: Mortgages do not exceed 75% of the appraised value of the property.
  • Credit Committee: All mortgages must be approved by the four member credit committee.
  • All Mortgages are registered on title.

These lending guidelines continue to navigate the Company through the risks associated with investing in real estate.
